This rental has comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. With central air-conditioning in summer, electric heat in winter, three floors with two staircases (no elevator or wheelchair access), as well as a private entry, a living room with wing-back chairs, study desk, coffee table, back patio, and kitchen stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, and appliances.
Top floor features: two separated bedrooms, one with a memory foam queen bed, and the other with two memory-foam twin beds. A full bathroom with shower and bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, towels provided. A comfortable chair and mini-dresser is in each bedroom, along with a closet, electric fan, shelf space, and hangers. A half-bathroom is available downstairs.
From the back patio, an epic view of the Grand Escalante monument. Just across the Highway 89, the Dinosaur Exhibit Museum. Smoking permitted outside. No pets allowed.
The desert beach and the magnificent Lone Rock, just a few miles away — kayaking, boating, swimming, fishing and alluring warm waters. The Lone Rock Suite is a great choice for a small family or two couples.

Rates, Discounts, and Payment Policy –
Because prices change frequently based on demand, please send an inquiry using the instructions below. A refundable security deposit of $495 is required, and fully returns within 5 business days, after a successful checkout (no broken furniture, no damages to rental, including soiled carpet, etc).

10% discount for 7 nights
15% discount for 14 nights
25% discount for 30 nights
Cash and major credit cards accepted. No personal checks. No checks. This listing requires a $500 refundable security deposit for any stay of up to 14 days. For stays of 15 – 30 days a $600 refundable security deposit on a credit card is required. A maximum stay of 30 days is allowed, per city regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel for any reason at anytime, you can do so, minus a $15 service fee until two days prior to arrival, after which time a 75% refund is available from your deposit. If you cancel on the day of arrival before 3PM, only a 50% refund is given from your deposit. If you cancel after 3PM on the day of arrival, no refund is given..
