The Grand Escalante Suite has central air-conditioning in summer, electric heat in winter, two floors with one staircase, as well as a raised deck entry (no elevator or wheelchair access), a living room with couch, game table, back patio, dining table, and a kitchen stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, and appliances. All areas of the suite are private, for your group.
Top floor features: two separated bedrooms, each with one memory foam, queen-size bed, a wing-back chair and mini-dresser is in each bedroom, along with a closet, electric fan, shelf space, and clothes hangers.
From the back patio, an epic view of the Grand Escalante Staircase Monument. Just across Highway 89, the Dinosaur Exhibit Museum, for the kids.

Because prices change frequently based on demand, please send an inquiry using the instructions below. A refundable security deposit of $495 is required, and fully returns within 5 business days, after a successful checkout (no broken furniture, no damages to rental, including soiled carpet, etc).

Sorry, we do not accept payment online at this time. We can make your reservation over the phone. Absolutely no personal checks. Guest will display photo identification when arriving.
Reservations more than 24 hours away require at least 50% payment to reserve. If you send a cancellation request within 24 hours prior to midnight on the day of your arrival, 75% of the cost of your stay will be refunded. If you cancel on the day of your arrival before 3:00PM, 50% of the cost of your stay will be refunded.
If cancelling after 3:00PM on the day of your arrival, we withhold the full cost of one night from your reservation.
(Upon arrival, please ring the bell at the manager’s door. We will give you your keys and a tour. We will notify you when an earlier check in time is available.)
