Many films and TV shows have been shot in Southern Utah and surrounding areas, including: The Lone Ranger, A Million Ways to Die in the West, John Carter of Mars, Westworld, and more. Film permits in our town currently cost only $100.
Filming in southern Utah? Give your crew and talent (up to 20 persons) a quiet place to rest in the wild west. With more spaciousness than a Star-Waggon, and more amenities than a hotel room. We offer private laundry room with washer/dryer machines, full kitchens with cookware, living room with fireplace, dining area, and bedrooms with memory foam beds. All for just $800 / day. This area has lots of great desert terrain, which makes it very attractive for filmmakers and photographers. Also, your on-site hosts, Adam and Jennifer, have some experience in the film industry.
Jennifer is a trained script-supervisor, and Adam is a member of SAG-AFTRA and an award-winning film producer. You’ll be in great company!

* A $60 additional one-time cleaning fee applies to each suite used, with a cut-off (maximum) of $240 in cleaning fees. Our building is very unique, with a total of 4 very large suites.
* A security deposit in the amount of $500 x each suite used is required by the Responsible Party. (You might pay up to $2,000 in refundable security deposits, which return to your account electronically about 5 business days after a successful checkout.)
* Electrical usage on the property for lighting equipment is not allowed without prior approval from management.
