The Juniper Suite –

The Juniper Suite is a great choice for a small group or family, up to 5 persons.  This listing includes central air-conditioning in summer, electric heat in winter, two floors with one staircase, as well as raised deck entry (no elevator or wheelchair access).  Also, a living room with futon, game table, back patio, dining table, and kitchen stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, and appliances.

Top floor features:  two separated bedrooms, one with a memory foam queen bed, and the other with two memory-foam twin beds. A comfortable chair and mini-dresser is in each bedroom, along with a closet, electric fan, shelf space, and hangers.  1.5 bathrooms are available in the suite, one full bathroom upstairs and one half-bathroom downstairs.  Shampoo, conditioner, and towels are provided.

From the back patio, an epic view of the Grand Escalante Staircase Monument. Just across Highway 89, fun and learning for the family at the Dinosaur Exhibit Museum.  Wahweap Bay and the marinas are just a 10-15 minute drive away.

Rates, Discounts, and Payment Policy –

Because prices change frequently based on demand, please send an inquiry using the instructions below. A refundable security deposit of $495 is required, and fully returns within 5 business days, after a successful checkout (no broken furniture, no damages to rental, including soiled carpet, etc).

Sorry, we do not accept payment online at this time. We can make your reservation over the phone. Absolutely no personal checks.  Guest will display photo identification when arriving.

Reservations more than 24 hours away require at least 50% payment to reserve.  If you send a cancellation request within 24 hours prior to midnight on the day of your arrival, 75% of the cost of your stay will be refunded.  If you cancel on the day of your arrival before 3:00PM, 50% of the cost of your stay will be refunded. 

If cancelling after 3:00PM on the day of your arrival, we withhold the full cost of one night from your reservation.

(Upon arrival, please ring the bell at the manager’s door.  We will notify you when an earlier check in time is available.)

This listing requires a $500 refundable security deposit for any stay of up to 14 days. For stays of 15 – 30 days a $600 refundable security deposit on a credit card is required. A maximum stay of 30 days is allowed, per city regulations.
